No sinker or Texas rigged 4.8" can be productive swim bait. The only technique you should have is slow and steady retreive. Rig with heavy football head is another idea. You can fish deep rocky area so effectively with this rig using "slow rolling" technique.
Texas rig can be a great tool for your shallow cover fishing called flippin'.

We recommend to use this bulky bait as a swim bait. No sinker rig for shallow water and Texas rig for deeper structure such as submerged weed.
The key technique is steady slow retrieve contacting the cover you fish such as bush and weed etc.

　We used ringed body design because of following reasons.
Ringed body makes the bait fuzzy that can be preferd by fish.
â– 2 small holes at the belly section.
We build 2 small holes at the belly to insert 1/64~1/16oz nail sinkers. This is a good way to swim your bait a little deeper than the one you fish with no sinker rig
â– Line at the lower side of head section.
You may find slight line at this section. The line helps to set your off set worm hook accurately without missing center line of the bait so that you can rig the worm straight easily. Setteng your hook correctly is important to enjoy the perfect action of the bait.
